Our expertise spans core manufacturing solutions, including cutting tools, metalworking fluids, grinding wheels, and gear-skiving and gear-cutting hobs, as well as trending advancements such as Swiss automats (Swiss Sliding Head machines), modular robots, and smart shop floors. We also specialize in equipping manufacturers with state-of-the-art tool- and work-holding solutions.
Underpinning our offerings is our deep experience in discovering and connecting with world-leading manufacturers of premium solutions. In many cases, our collaborators have limited or no prior presence in India, meaning we have the additional responsibility of carving out a niche for them within a highly competitive market. We have taken on such challenges, even introducing new technologies, where required, with considerable success. Many of our partners have continued to place their trust in us for many years, which in turn gives new partners the confidence to build a relationship with us.
One recent example in this regard is our collaborations with the German intelligent modular robots solutions provider RobCo, whose future-ready offerings are redefining our understanding of shopfloor automation and its possibilities. Their configurable robotic solutions comprise hardware and a no-code software platform with integration, meaning they don’t require extensive personnel training to operate. Further, they can be set up in a few weeks and don’t involve a large, upfront investment. All of these aspects represent innovative approaches that contradict the traditional perception of industrial automation as large, complex, and expensive systems; clients looking to invest in them need to consider the significant gains in process and cost efficiency.
Similarly, we are exclusively collaborating with URMA AG, a Switzerland-based industry leader in Boring Systems, Indexable Reaming Systems, and innovative PCD milling cutters, bringing their solutions to India. Among our other well-known partners are Germany’s Siemens (comprehensive digitalization solutions); DC Swiss, a specialist in high- quality threading tools capable of machining challenging materials; TaeguTec from South Korea, known for Tungsten carbide cutting tools; and ETP Transmission AB, the Swedish tool-holding systems manufacturer.
We have also tied up with E56, the South Korean maker of PCD and PCBN tools; Scandinavian Tool Systems, a Sweden-based manufacturer of thread turning, thread milling, parting, and grooving tools; Hobe GmbH, a precision microtools manufacturer based in Germany; and Blaser Swisslube (of Switzerland), famed for their metalworking fluids. Other prominent partnerships involve BRT Präzisionswerkzeuge, a provider of deep drilling tools; maker of premium toolholders and shrinkfit technology Schüssler; and Zeroclamp, the clamping systems expert – all from Germany. Our other Swiss collaborators include Harold Habbeger, a producer of High-Performance Thread rolling Dies for Swiss-type lathes; Sphinx Tools (micro deep hole drills); manufacturer of Swiss Automat accessories, grinding wheels, and gear skiving and hobbing tools Diametal; and PCM Precision Tooling, reputed for their broaches and broaching toolholders.
Our ambition in working with these manufacturers remains finding new opportunities and applications for their tested and trusted solutions, which have set new benchmarks for efficiency and reliability. With our commitment to realizing Make in India in the fullest, we are constantly seeking new technologies and approaches that can take our manufacturing to the next level.
