Purpose-built software smarts revolutionise feedrate specification by maintaining a constant velocity precisely where the grinding point contacts the workpiece. Using intelligent kinematic control to dynamically adjust machine axis speeds in real time, ensures a stable feed at the point of contact. The result is dramatically improved surface finish with consistent grind marks, elimination of transition lines, simplified programming, and substantial cycle time reduction—achieving, for instance, a drop from 2 minutes 3 seconds to just 1 minute 43 seconds.
