On September 19, 2025, Brother Machinery India Private Limited held a technology demonstration at its Gurugram location. There, it showed off its newest high-precision SPEEDIO machining solutions for parts for cars and electric vehicles (EVs). People from the industry came to the event because they wanted to see live demonstrations and learn how sophisticated machining technology may improve productivity and accuracy.
From 10 AM to 6 PM, guests saw a succession of live demos, each one designed to meet important demands in the automotive manufacturing industry. The SPEEDIO S700Bd1, which was made in India, showed that it could handle high-torque machining of tough materials while yet being small and reliable. The S700Xd2 stood out for its long-stroke capabilities, which are perfect for making precise EV gear cases. It got a lot of attention for being able to repeat large-stroke operations.
The R450Xd1 showed how efficient mass production can be with its automated pallet changer system for brake parts. The H550Xd1, on the other hand, featured a compact horizontal machining solution for steering system parts. The U500Xd1-5AX for turbo impellers and the M300Xd1-5AX, which efficiently machined differential cases in a single setup, showed off advanced multi-surface and complex part machining. The day closed with the W1000Xd2, developed for wide-stroke EV inverter case manufacture, ensuring precision throughout huge work envelopes.
During the event, Brother Machinery India stressed how important its SPEEDIO series is to India’s burgeoning automotive and electric vehicle (EV) ecosystem. The last part of the showcase was interactive sessions lead by Vikas Goyat and the team, where they answered questions and talked about problems with the program. The event showed that Brother Machinery India is still dedicated to giving local producers modern, efficient, and accurate machining solutions.
