Mill 2000: Precision and Productivity for Large Parts
Chiron’s Mill 2000, designed for 5-axis machining, exemplifies the perfect blend of precision, productivity, and versatility. The vertical machining center features a swivel spindle capable of reaching speeds up to 30,000 rpm with a torque of 180 Nm. With a work area of 2000 x 975 x 715 mm, the Mill 2000 can machine large parts or multiple components dynamically, offering feed rates up to 75 m/min and a chip-to-chip time of just 3.3 seconds.
Micro5: The Future of Micro-Machining
With over 150 units sold in 2024, the Micro5 sets a new benchmark in micro-machining. Designed for the precision machining of small, intricate components such as those used in medical devices, watchmaking, and jewelry, the Micro5 boasts a compact footprint of just 1 m² and an energy consumption of only 0.5 kW. Automated with the Feed5 automation system, it offers scalable solutions that grow from prototyping to large-scale production, providing high autonomy and precision for highly specialized tiny parts.
