Looking back at my journey, it’s clear how engineering has shaped not just my career, but the way I approach every problem, every challenge, and every opportunity.
My formative years at K.I.T. College of Engineering, Kolhapur, laid the groundwork for critical thinking, multitasking, and pushing the boundaries of what I believed possible. Later, at Manugraph India Limited, I got hands-on experience working on simulation and testing—learning how precision and analysis could unlock better solutions.
Today, at DesignTech Systems, I see every day as an opportunity to apply that mindset—turning ideas into innovations and solving real-world challenges with engineering at its core.
As I reflect on this Engineers Day 2025, I feel proud to be part of a community that doesn’t just build products, but solves problems, pioneers new approaches, and continuously strives for excellence. Engineering is far more than a qualification—it’s a way of seeing the world and improving it.
I’d also like to appreciate THE MACHINING WORLD EXPRESS by Jagcart Media for initiating this celebration and recognizing the immense contribution engineers make toward the growth and advancement of the manufacturing industry.
