Mr. Amit Pathak, Group Chief Business Officer, RVAG

Raghu Vamsi Group, a Hyderabad-based precision aerospace and defence manufacturing group, has appointed Amit Pathak as Group Chief Business Officer, where he will lead commercial strategy and growth across the group’s five business segments.

Pathak brings 27 years of global aerospace and defence experience, having held leadership roles at Honeywell, Cobham, Pratt & Whitney and Collins Aerospace. Most recently, he served as Regional Director for Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa at Collins Aerospace, leading international defence account management and sales.

He has experience spanning engineering, business development, sales, strategy, product marketing, customer support and programme management. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and an MBA from IIM Bangalore.

His appointment comes as Raghu Vamsi Group expands into advanced materials, aerospace superalloys, deep technology and autonomous systems, alongside its established precision manufacturing, mission systems, propulsion and aircraft systems businesses.

Vamsi Vikas Ganesula, Managing Director, Raghu Vamsi Group, said Pathak’s understanding of global OEM expectations will be valuable as the group expands its capabilities.

Pathak said his focus will be on strengthening customer and partnership relationships in India and international markets.

The group is AS9100D and NADCAP certified, serving aerospace, defence, energy and medical customers, with operations in India, the UK and US.
