For Nitika Sharma, this understanding was shaped long before she entered the manufacturing domain. Her journey began in the fast-paced digital ecosystem and gradually evolved into a purpose-driven role at the heart of precision engineering.

Behind every enduring industrial brand stands a marketer who understands both people and processes. Today, as Marketing Head at Marposs India, Nitika represents a new generation of industrial marketing leaders—data-driven, technically curious, and deeply connected to shopfloor realities.

Born in 1986, Nitika built a strong academic foundation with an MBA in Information Technology & Service Management from NMIMS University, Mumbai. Her early professional years unfolded across some of the world’s most demanding digital environments, including Google India, IBM, MakeMyTrip, and Home Credit India. These roles immersed her in customer experience management, digital intelligence, and insight-led growth—training her to listen closely, interpret data, and build scalable engagement systems.

Before transitioning fully into industrial technology, she also led marketing initiatives at EAU Bathing Solutions and Hands Carpets. These experiences sharpened her ability to balance brand storytelling with channel strategy—blending creativity with structure, and vision with measurable outcomes.

In April 2022, Nitika joined Marposs India, a global name synonymous with precision measurement, inspection, and monitoring solutions. What drew her in was not just the brand’s legacy, but its relevance to the future of manufacturing—automotive, aerospace, electric vehicles, and advanced engineering sectors where quality, automation, and data-driven control are non-negotiable.

Starting as Deputy Manager – Marketing, her impact was immediate. She brought a modern, integrated marketing lens to a deeply technical portfolio—aligning digital campaigns, exhibitions, content, and customer engagement with real manufacturing challenges. Her philosophy was clear: simplify complexity without diluting accuracy, and focus on outcomes rather than features.

Recognizing her strategic clarity and execution strength, Marposs elevated her to Head of Marketing. Today, Nitika leads integrated online and offline initiatives—driving trade show strategy, brand positioning, demand generation, and digital engagement while working closely with sales teams and global stakeholders. Her approach reflects a core belief: in manufacturing, marketing must earn trust before it earns attention.

She is particularly inspired by Marposs’s ability to translate advanced technology into measurable manufacturing performance—turning innovation into productivity, reliability, and long-term customer value. For engineers, her communication emphasizes precision, process stability, and data-backed performance. For business leaders, the same expertise is reframed into ROI, efficiency, and competitive advantage.

Marketing in the measurement and inspection domain comes with unique challenges—highly technical audiences, long sales cycles, and multiple decision-makers. Nitika addresses this through continuous market intelligence, close collaboration with application teams, and a layered communication approach that remains credible across stakeholders.
